Scummy Practices and Poor Maintenance
Rude staff at the leasing center and they will take days to process your application just to give your unit up to another applicant in the meantime. They canceled my scheduled tour without notification, which also delayed the application process. When I finally got to see the unit they had available, it was in need of several maintenance work orders and not ready for move-in at all. They will offer you homes outside your price range and move date so that when you give up and go with another option, they technically don't have to refund the administration fee. Avoid at all costs.

Outstanding Maintenance!
Right before Arcadia Grove took over we put in several work orders that were never filled. As soon as they took over they were at our apartment fixing every single thing we complained about!! They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional about it. Couldn’t be happier about it!!

Love my townhome!
Actually love living here. We live in the townhomes, they were clean upon move in, we even got to move in early to accommodate all of us working in Kalamazoo. The office workers are so kind and so helpful especially Jill and Hunter. Maintenance comes quickly and the gym is nice too. Security is very frequent too which makes us feel safe.
