Not a bad place to live

This is a college area, except for noise/rowdiness. The Bronco Club is not a bad place to live. The office staff is friendly and actively engages with the residents. Safety inspections occur routinely and Maintenance often responds to requests within 48 hours. The rooms are spacious, however, storage space is a bit limited, and some appliances are dated. I would recommend this complex to students and adults alike.

all of the employees here are great and there are never issues with them. On the other hand, it is rather expensive compared to other local options and the lease contract is rather strict and tedious.
