In the five years I have lived here I have had consistent problems with the water here. Water gets shut off without warning multiple times a year. Very rarely will you get any kind of notification that it is getting shut off. I get emergency maintenance happens, but it should not happen this frequently, almost on a monthly basis. Management in incompetent to address this problem. Every time you call the office to try to speak with management, they are never available. Leaving a message does nothing they won't return your call. The managers hide in their office and won't have a straight talk with you.

It'll be a yr in February that me and my son lived here. I live the area, and when something breaks down maintenance are on it, but for the last 2 or 3 months we've been dealing with disturbing noises in the apt. Over us, I've been looking for other residents to reside but no luck so far so now that my time is up I need to renew my lease. Hopefully things will get better. Thank you!
