Can’t wait to enjoy the pool, and rent the clubhouse for a graduation party. Valet trash service- it doesn’t get any better than this!

I have to say that as I pulled into the complex you can immediately tell that the community to include the landscaping, grounds, and buildings are being maintained. I was thoroughly impressed by the location as its within walking distance to restaurants, market, dollar store, and gas stations and about 2 miles up is a Walmart with all the stores and mall nearby. Couldn't be happier that I landed here, so far its been positive and haven't met any issues thus far. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The clean, modern layout and appliances gives us the fresh new start we were seeking. After our first week, I couldn’t be more pleased with Karesa and her staff! My shower wasn’t draining fully so after placing a maintenance request (super easy on resident portal), we were helped within the hour! Although being on the 3rd floor was a worry at first, the trash valet is such a nice service offered most days that take one less trip for us. I’m eager to see some of the updates made to the gym but until then, it’s nice to have some machines and free weights offered within the leasing office. 10/10 would recommend.
