Middletown Landing is a great place to live. It's a very nice neighborhood and gives you the "feel" of living in your own home (I have one of the townhomes). The lease office staff is great as well as maintenence. I do wish the bathrooms were a little bigger but we make it work. And for the price (rent always increases anywhere you go), I feel that there should be more updates made (bathrooms) but overall, we love it here.

Staff does not enforce pet rules. Every grassy area is full of dog poop and looks like doggy toilets.
