We have lived here for a year now and have been really thankful for the quality of the apartment, the location, and the really receptive maintenance team.

Too often staff in the office are missing steps such as not following request and not knowing certain information regarding your third party associates stick as "BILT". A couple of months ago maintenance came in and cleaned my carpet while I wasn't home unannounced (no email or any form of communication) and also left no note. I realized due to the boot marks on my floor and the lines in my carpet. That's literally breaking in being that wasn't an emergency.
