It is very hard to beat this location in Louisville, we are 15 minutes away from just about anywhere in the city. The amenities have improved greatly over the past few years. The gym, clubhouse, and dog park are now very high quality that helps to justify the price.

Despite changing owners 3 or 4 times since we've been here it feels like the renovations that one team starts are continued by the following team. It's nice to see them complete work promised to the residence even though the new owner may or may not have been involved originally.

I love the quiet and that is why i have been here for 2 years now. I will recommed this place due to the closeness to various locations such as the mall and airport but most because of the new gym haha
