Fast Response to Maintenance Requests
Any time I have had a problem with something breaking in my apartment, the maintenance team is responsive within 24 hours.
Great place to live!
Outside of parking, this is a great apartment community to live in. Maintenance is top tier. The moment we put in a maintenance request, major or not, it’s completed within a day or 2, at most. The staff in the office are incredible. We love working with Kelly. She’s very accomdating and friendly. Any issues that we have had, which is maybe 1 or 2, she addresses them right away and makes sure that our issue is resolved to our satisfaction. The only complaint we have is the parking. It’s atrocious. Sometimes, you will have to park 2-3 buildings away from yours but that is literally our only complaint.
Great place to live!
Have loved living here for the past year. Only downside is there does not seem to be enough parking outside my building. I usually have to park a couple buildings down.
