Beautiful grounds and apartments

We have been living at the Waterstone for years now and absolutely live it here. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful, professional and fast with fixing any service issues you have. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. The landscape is always kept beautiful, the apartments are spacious, plenty of kitchen cabinets, large closets and nice finishes. Neighbors are friendly and we feel extremely safe here. It is also right down the street from Hamburg Pavilion and has great elementary schools in the district. We couldn’t be happier here.

Wonderful place to live

My family and I have lived at the Waterstone for 4 years now. We haven’t had 1 complaint, the neighbors are nice and respectful of others, the maintenance guys are super nice and quick if you have an issue, and the ladies in the office are so friendly and welcoming. It’s just a great, safe place to live.

Nice apartment complex but could be more kid friendly

We really like our apartment and the complex in general, however I do wish there was a little playground, swings for kids instead of a makeover of a dog park no one uses. At times it feels more dog friendly than kid friendly. I also think the gym could use some updated equipment.
