Property reviewsC on Jul 29, 2022Pros: Great central location, no parking permits required, easy garage though slightly tight spaces, very responsive staff - both managerial and engineering, and apartments come with great finishes, and are mostly large units. Cons: No pool, no BBQ area, no public spaces. The package situation is messy compared to similarly priced properties. And, most importantly, it's not rent-controlled - so, it's anybody's guess how the rents will jump next year. Anecdotally, a car was set on fire in front of the building a couple weeks ago. First time I've ever seen that, but don't think it reflects on the property.
Anonymous on Oct 2, 2022I have lived here for 3 years. Rarely is anything proactively communicated with the tenants; communication is always reactive. And getting responses to maintenance requests or information requests is always a struggle. While we love our unit and the amount of space we get, the building has zero amenities and the absolute minimum is done to maintain it.

Management is very responsive, and Maintenance is too. This is a new building. I love the finishes and the new appliances. This is a desirable area so rents are priced accordingly. The area is busy but the apartments are pretty well insulated from noise. The I only thing I wish is that there was some kind of gym or exercise equipment. There is a secure parking garage, which is awesome. The roof deck has excellent views!!
