Moved in 2 months ago, still haven’t gotten the dish racks replaced (they’re rusty), we never got a key to the mail drop box so our packages constantly get returned, the water in our bathroom sinks only runs hot. There’s been no priority in getting these things fixed.

The staff here are incredibly rude and when you call them they will hang up mid-conversation.

The location and building are great cost and value for the area. The building could definitelt use some maintenance snd more communication from the building manager wojld be helpful. We are typically not contacted in a timely manner if a garage door is stuck open or anythinf related to that. It seems the garages are always open for long periods of time which doesnt feel safe, It was also discussed while moving in that more ammenities may be added to the building but after 1.5 years we havent’t gotten any yet.

I have lived here for one year and have had issues getting simple maintenance done in a timely manner and done well. The lack of care wiseman has for its tenants and honoring tenant rights is ridiculous.

Application fee of $50, Trash: Studio/One-Bedroom $30, Two-Bedroom $40.00, $Three-Bedroom $50, Four-Bedroom $60, Five-Bedroom $70. SCEP Fee of $2.83 and RSO Fees according to city regulation and if applicable. Security Deposit equal to one-month of rent.
