I would like to mention that the courtyard does not seem to be cleaned and maintained as well as it used to be before the construction started. There are often leaves and dirt around the courtyard, and sometimes construction-related items are left in common areas, including nails, sharp tools, or other materials that may not be safe for residents. Also, unfortunately, the flooring is very hard to clean thoroughly. Even after mopping and scrubbing, a clean wet white paper towel still comes up dark when wiping the floor. It seems like dust and dirt get trapped in the texture of the flooring, which makes it difficult to keep it feeling truly clean.

Everyone tries really hard, but the maintenance team really doesn't communicate. I will now have to put in my third work order for the same thing. It would be nice if we could get that squared away.

Apartment 302 is always stomping and throwing parties on random mondays and tuesdays. Maintenance is great and very friendly.

Overall, I have no complaints about the staff, amenities, or value. The building is in a convenient location for living. But sometimes there are thefts in the parking lot and apartments. I would recommend strengthening security to prevent thieves from entering the parking lot and apartments on the first floor. Technical service from Wiseman is always top notch, but the companies invited do not always do quality repairs.

My experience hasn’t been the best in the first three weeks of living here, with my car being one of the cars broken into in the parking garage. We moved in with a laundry list of maintenance and electrical issues that are still in need of getting fixed. S That being said, Lilly the property manager has been communicative, easy to work with and seems to genuinely care about her people in the building. She has turned this experience into a positive one.
