If you want a building manager who sends unintelligible emails over minor grievances all the time but goes silent when the elevator is broken (all the time) this is the place for you!

I am following up for the 3rd time now to discuss the situation that occurred in the months of October and November in my bathroom. I want to clarify that I never received any sort of follow up or answer from any of you in terms of solutions. The problems for me are the following: 1. My Bathroom was NEVER cleaned by anyone but myself although workers came and left a complete mess more than 2 times. 2. I was left with holes in my bathroom having to use my roommates for a week and a half, my bathroom was completely unusable for that period of time. 3. I called several times and was never given a solution or a proper follow up. Only towards the end, when Janet told me that the person in charge of maintenance had an accident and everything was a bit out of control (which did not really resolve my problem). I believe there were many different ways in which my situation could have been much better managed and I wouldn't have been disturbed at such a high level. As I spoke with Marc (but never received a follow up or a call back after calling and emailing multiple times) I think I should receive a compensation for this whole situation. I have pictures and videos of my bathroom if you need them. Please help me out with this, I am a good and respectful tenant and I ask the same of you. Best, Denisse

While the units themselves are nice, the management is abysmal. Weeks for regular maintenance requests. Don't expect to ever receive notice before your apartment is entered. You have to bother the management again and again for simple requests or they will never get done.

I have lived here for about 3 months now, and while I do have a few annoyances about living here, I would say overall, it is an enjoyable place to live. The location is great, my apartment is large, and the area is very residential.
