Had high hopes but so far having challenges with noise and maintenance

The price is reasonable for the location. The lack of amenities is expected for a Wiseman property. The real problem is the building manager, Gaby. In my experience, she is consistently unresponsive – often not replying to messages or calls for weeks at a time, including during urgent situations. On the rare occasions she does respond, she’ll say she’s on it but then take no visible action, forcing you to follow up repeatedly and still hear nothing back. This pattern has been constant throughout our tenancy and has made even simple issues unnecessarily difficult. Others have reported similar experiences. The parking garage is also extremely cramped, even for LA, and the entry ramp is so steep that many cars scrape the ground when entering or exiting.

I have been incredibly disappointed with the property manager Gabby. She is incredibly difficult to get a hold of even in the case of an emergency. She seems not to care about the tenants at all. Her lack of responses are extremely frustrating. There have been several occasions in which we need her to respond in a timely manner and we won't here from her for weeks if at all. Her lack of care makes it the only thing I don't like about living in a wiseman building. I have heard from so many others in my building that they have this same issue. She is very inadequate at her job.

No amenities. Even thought location is great, price is Hefty consideration all the noise, construction, constant maintenance issues,etc…

perfect segway into LA living, fun environment with lots of 20-ish year olds. walking distance from somany places including Target, Trader Joes and The Grove
