The staff is by far the best I've seen in a long time on point with everything knowledge of the city is impeccable. I've lived here since the day the building opened as you can see its hard to move out, I recommend moving here if you value excellence.

In the years I have lived here, I have noticed a steady decline in quality. Yet I pay the same. The quality of the staff, cleanliness, and actual care and hustle of this building in my opinion are just not enough. Starting with the Head of the building. Who we never see. I think our Buildings cleanliness is something to be worked on. Took them 3 months to finally realize our elevator carpets needed to be clean when for three months the elevators smelled like ABSOLUTE Trash/death. There is also a tremendous LACK of pride of the employees in this building. A few of the concierge team members move at their own leisurely pace when you make a tiny request. I have stopped asking for things bc I feel like its either im putting them out or Im not gonna get the result I want. This is not a luxury building. This is just an apartment building that has luxury in the title. When Rick Caruso came by those months ago, there was a hustle, pride and overall energy that i havent felt here since I moved in. MAybe you all should pretend like rick caruso is coming everyday. Because if he came when I was here, Id say all this to him.
