I love living here, so close to nature. The community is nice, peaceful, and well taken care of. I love our apartment too, it is very comfortable and spacious. The only thing I wish the community had is a bigger dog park and a dog washing station. Otherwise, we love living here!

I just moved in two weeks ago, but the application and moving process was made so easy by the leasing management and staff. The apartment was so clean when I moved in, it looked brand new! I had two small maintenance requests within the first couple of days of living there (things that would easily be missed by anyone who wasn't living in the apartment) and my request was answered within the hour, both times! Community amenities are well cared for and plenty of parking spaces for all tenants!

I have lived here for 3 years and I love the area. The staff is super friendly. Really clean. Great price for what your living establishment.

We moved here from another state for a short time so we could find a house to purchase. We had a 7-month lease, and we purchased our house during that time. Leasing and Maintenance staff are wonderful! Maintenance is there the next day, and Leasing staff are very welcoming and are extremely helpful for newcomers. Pool, mail delivery and garbage compactor are appreciated. This is close to everything, and no trouble getting around. Neighbors were nice and quiet, and the grounds are very nice and kept up. I'll miss this place....

Timberwalk apartments defintiely gives the neighborhood vibe. Its quite but lively and the apartment itself is really nice. I love having a screenwd in porch and a laundry room right off of my bedroom. This is the first apartment I have had that feels like home. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and the front office staff are always welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Timberwalk at mandarin is a vwry feiendly place with a good family environment.

Great location, good amenities, very quiet area, staff and maintenance are friendly and accommodating, the only thing that i wish was different was the rent csfe rent paying system there are s system errors that make it impossyfor me to pay the rent through here causing me to spend more money paying the rent through a third party company

My only issue is that many items were not fixed in rhr property. They still are not fixed since day one.

I have lived at the Fountainhead Apartment Community for more than 1 year, the community grounds is very well kept, excellent amenities, location is great near all major highways for an awesome commute. Near to great schools within the area K-12, and Churches. Modern apartment living which is pretty awesome, security cameras within each breezeway, (safety concerns).

Fusion is an incredible place to live. They are very dog friendly around the community so if yoy have dogs this is the place for you. The whole complex is always very clean and the staff is great as well. The park across the street is great if you love pickleball and tennis or just for walking your dogs. No complaints about living here and have had nothing but great experiences for the past 2 years.
