Nice layout of the property and amazing staff. Amenities don't hold up to competitors. The pet spa appears to have one machine, no supplies and requires payment to use. Clubhouse has limited beverages and snacks and hours of availability compared to others (24 hour access to coffee and juice bar and well stocked). Snack shop has higher than airport prices. Cyber cafe is a room with 2 computers with wifi and login that doesn't always work. Gym is great! And often empty but the interactive machine also couldn't connect last time. The brand new apartments are pretty banged up and sloppy in their damage and details/paint/caulking/grouting issues right on move it. The street lamp is like a floodlight into all the windows all night. And they don't seem to enforce the dog poop policy whereby you pay to have your dog's DNA registered and if your dog's poop is found on the property they match it to you as the owner and then I assume fine you. The amount of dog poop on the property is infuriating actually given how many nice walking paths they've invested in and the dog park. There are multiple dog owners leaving their dog poop even inside the dog park (on turf) along with on every walkway I've walked including the middle of the side walk. So the service doesn't seem to be enforced. Not only does it pose health risks to other dogs and kids, it's disrespectful to all. It would be one strong reason why I'd move elsewhere at the end of my lease term. This place could match the service and amenities of their competitors and handle the bad dog owners and be amazing. It wouldn't take much as it has so much potential. And again, the staff - amazing. The rest of it needs some attnetion.

The staff is great! All of them jnckuding maintenance. The property amenities are missing the value promised compared to competitors. Cyber cafe- which is just a small room with two computers like yous find in a hotel, and interactive workout center not functioning on times i visited. My brnad new apartment had a full oage of issues both cosmetic and functional to be noted so it diminishes any value if living in a brand new place. The street lamps are like flood lights into your apartment deoensing on where youre located, theres been some aggressive dogs at the dog park on site, and thiufh all residents are required to register with poo prints, im jot sure its being enforced as there are daily droppings encountered on site or that owners have tried to kick some dirt or brush over instead of picking it up. Gym is great and often not iccupied. Snack shop has higher than airport oricea otherwise would be an amazing amenity. Clubhouse is only open during office hours and snakc and coffee bar haven’t been stocked well compared to other complexes where there are multiple options, all hours, and dog temperament testing before approval to ensure safety for all fur friends also. Lots of room for improvement with very little effort from management company to be in par with others.
