Why Renters Love It Here
Great location, nice townhomes
Overall, Laurel Grove is a comfortable, affordable place with some great layouts. I love my 2 bedroom, 2 story townhome allowing for a cross breeze as the weather cools off. Having a balcony and a patio is AWESOME! I with the pool and exercise room were up and running. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location cannot be beat. Great place to live!!!
Live by trash can and doesn’t get cared for
Prety much throws all the trash infront of my door
Quiet, great location
They've done a lot to improve the property in the last 5 years I've been here from a new parking lot surface to new rooftops to new lights for both patios and the front door. Recently, they installed new toilets. Overall, the location is perfect, the price is affordable and the staff does their best to make things right.
They are lazy
this place is worse. I'm keeping getting notification for not payment even I set it for autopay and they are taking the money every month. I don't know why this place rent is very expensive .
