We stayed here for two years before ultimately purchasing a property in Tracy. After two years, we sold our property and moved back to this community because of how much we loved not only the scenic area that this complex provides but also our love for the city of Pleasanton. The entire staff is pleasant. Everything is well-run and decisions seem to be for the benefit of the community. An example of this is the move to centralize all mailboxes to one location *chef's kiss*. To those working at Valley Plaza, thank you all for your great work in keeping our community safe and active.

Anonymous on Jun 1, 2023We were some of the first people to move in here. The staff were very helpful with the process and took great care of us. The building has started to fill up as more people are moving to the property. With more people things usually start to degrade; that has not been the case here. The day time staff stays on top of things, the maintenance team is fast to respond to any request, and the night watchmen actually show up and patrol the property. I strongly recommend Legacy at Hayward.
