My experience has been nothing but mold and mildew in the bathroom, around windows, and patio door.Also flooding in the living room with mold around the base boards. Water coming through the walls from upstairs apartment, it was a mess. Now how would you like living through all that. When I turn on AC or Heaterit smells like meldew and mold.
