A basic apartment

Its an okay apartment that was not cleaned before i moved in. The utilites are old but good. Needs updating. The rent increases with no reason why. Also when i moved in the toilet seat had duct tape on it and was broken. I had to replace it myself.

Affordable place to live

Been here for almost 4 months, the management are great people who are ready to make accommodations should contingencies arise. Really affordable apartment with basic necessities met. No issues with regards to water or heat.

Millwood Apartment

Apartment is decent could use work. Parking lot could use repaving. Rent is expensive with more fees then expected. Have to pay trash, sewage, and water on top of the rent. That should be all included in the rent. Otherwise the place is decent.
