Renters appreciate the property's unique old brick features and nice, well-designed interiors, especially units that include in-unit washer and dryer. The large windows in the lofts providing lots of natural light are particularly enjoyed. The units are nice, especially with in-unit washer/dryer and cool old brick features. Building itself is fine, but easy to hear neighbors. It's also a bummer that there is not a bigger rooftop or outdoor space, any gym, and parking is not great on the sketchy street.

I wish I could love this place more- such a cool old building, good location in the 3rd Ward, Walker's Point, nice interiors in the units. BUT there are a few concerns: some of the old buildings next door making parking sketchy, there are no amenities (balconies, larger rooftop, gym, etc.) that warrant the high price, sound proofing is an issue and you can hear EVERYTHING, 2nd floor smells like weed, etc. Hoping the new management can fix some of these issues!

Great location near the Third Ward and Walkers Points. Apartments are overall nice and staff is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. However, walls are pretty thin so noise can sometimes be an issue.
