DEPOSITS AND FEES $20 Non-Refundable Application Fee per adult 18 or older (and $20 Co-Signer/Guarantor Application Fee if applicable) $200 Holding Deposit due at time of application. $195 Amenity Fee due at time of move in. Deposit ranges from $700 to two months' rent (based on credit/employment/rental history). Renter's insurance is required. I like living here

Been here a few years I do enjoy living here but it is very loud with the neighbors being right next to you in the walls are very thin also the maintenance isn't the greatest but they do try their best I feel.

smells like cigarette smoke all the time the elevator is constly broken the the inside could use some light and paint. the actual units are well kept otherwise
