My husband and I have lived at The Stitchweld for over three years. The staff is the best I have experienced. They are friendly, timely and very efficient. Both the leasing staff and maintenance are truly top-notch. We love the location, and quietness of the property, especially being so close to the city. The sweet garden full of flowers and herbs is one of the best parts of the property. We are very happy here.

I am happy to live here. Maintenance has always been very responsive and everything is maintained perfectly. The staff works so hard to create a close-knit community. They put a lot of thought into community events. The location and amenities make the value of living here a great choice.

The amenities such as the outdoor community area and gym make living here worth it for the price. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and bars in Bayview and only a short drive to downtown Milwaukee. The train can be noisy at times and the maintenance crew is below average with taking care of issues in an effective manner. Overall, average living experience at Stitchweld Apartments.

Love all of the staff, in particular the maintenance staff - Jake & Seppo. Lots of fun, in person social events, tons of space to socialize out in the courtyard and/or dog park, and everything you could possibly need within walking distance!
