My partner and I recently moved into Riverhouse and love apartment, property, and surrounding area. A very special thank you to the community director Nate who made the move in process smooth and went above and beyond when our large deliveries were not on time; Nate is awesome. The maintenance team has been prompt, courteous, and jobs well done. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.

Yesterday I had a very concerning interaction in the elevator. It started with exiting my unit and seeing a terrified individual staring at me just because I was exiting my apartment and walking towards me. I am not sure if they were on drugs but just my sheer presence walking towards them, they silently backed up without saying a word, mouth open, genuine fear on their face, and backed all the way down the hallway. I then returned to my unit briefly and AGAIN 15 minutes later had a run in with the same individual. As the elevator doors closed I heard a scream of “HOLD THE ELEVATOR” which was so loud it startled me. As the door closed the person legitimately crashed into the door and the door reopened to see this same suspicious person enter the elevator.... having done all of that simply to go from floor 6 to floor 5 I got genuinely concerned that if this interaction had been witnessed by my wife, it would have seriously frightened her. I have no clue how long this person was wandering the building but this interaction was genuinely concerning for a long time resident.

Looking for a blue UE (Ultimate Ears) Megaboom 3 that was left by the pool Sunday evening. In addition, there was a small football with "red ball" written on it in permanent marker on both sides. I'm differing to Weidner staff to follow through on the video footage. Just because something is accidentally left down by the pool does not mean it's free to take. Obviously, it would be appreciated if someone were to have held it temporarily, though that would've been unnecessary as I went down around 930am the following morning. I could say more, I suppose. I'll be investigating this and going through proper channels. I've had footballs taken several times, interestingly. Thanks.

I put in a maintenance request on my shower door early morning prior to leaving for work. By the time I was home, the maintenance was complete and my shower door was properly functioning again. Thank you to Robert from maintenance for taking care of the job!
