I am extremely satisfied with the assistance I have received from Jodi. As an older adult I have limited abilities with technology. Jodi was extremely helpful with walking me through the process and the application. The apartment was very clean and the residents here are so friendly. Great place to live!

My wife and I have lived here for a long time and we have only great things to say about Northpointe! The staff are kind of like family. They are always there when we need them! They had a few hiccups while getting the air conditioning ready for the season, but with the help of outside contractors they worked tirelessly to fix the issues! All I can say is that here we are all treated like family and it feels more like a home than just an apartment!

Grace

When I think about renting I imagine a place where management cares and goes over and beyond the call of duty. North Pointe has done just that! After experiencing a few weeks without A/C due to an unforeseen repair, the entire team stepped into action. I was very concerned with triple digit weather approaching that we would be without air but everyday I saw the team working tirelessly to get things up and running for the apartment community. We all have to provide grace to others so that we can find a positive outcome. Thank you again to management and maintenance for all that you do!
