Excellent place to live
Jodi, Stella, Brad, and Terry are wonderful to deal with. They quell my worries, fix my apartment, make living at Northpointe a wonderful experience. Very glad we chose Northpointe for a new home.

NorthPointe has been absolutely wonderful. I love living here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the environment is great. I look forward to living here many more years to come.
Never Looked Back
We have been at Northpointe Apartments for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s the best move we could’ve ever made, we never looked back. As empty nesters, there was no need to continue in our previous home, especially one that was WAY too large for us to keep up. Down sizing was a blessing, getting rid of all that STUFF we had accumulated but not using One of my requirements in a new home was to have an in-unit washer and dryer. The staff is awesome and the maintenance staff is also on the ball! The setting is SO quiet…I love hearing the birds every morning as I drink my coffee on the balcony

I love the entire staff. They make you feel like this is your home. Not just an apartment.
Better than expected!
I was in a position where I had to move quickly and didn't have lots of time to shop around. We're talking like 20 days until I needed to be somewhere else. I applied, spoke with Jodi, got approved, and moved in with no issues at all! The units are clean, the building is clean, and I see people using the amenities a lot (they appear clean and orderly). The value is decent (we thought we had a fireplace prior to moving in, but do not). All in all, it's a good place to live. No real complaints whatsoever so far.
