I lived at Cedar Place Apartments for 2 years and enjoyed every moment of it! The friendly and helpful staff always went above and beyond to make sure that your living situation was perfect. The units are very quiet and inviting for a Young Professional that works long hours. Amazing value as well! Thank you to all the staff at Cedar Place Apartments!

It's been surprisingly quiet being in the middle building of 12 buildings (I'm 2nd floor & live in the center of the building that I am in). I rarely hear noise except for occasionally as people walk by chatting on the sidewalk but little interior noise. Maintenance has always had a very quick response. I am notified when a package arrives at the mailroom. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Love to walk around the pond & wooded area. Snow is plowed so I can get to work. Very nice location just out of town so it's easy access to the stores in Grafton & I walk to the Cedarburg shops in about 20 minutes. (I haven't used the pool or clubhouse so I can't comment on that.) Overall, I really enjoy everything here.

I have lived at Cedar Place for the last 3.5 years and I am only moving out because I am starting the next chapter in my life which required me to move. I am sad to be leaving as it has been nothing short of incredible. From the peaceful community, the private entryway on each unit, the wonderful staff, the luxury interiors (countertops, flooring, soft close cabinets, high end appliances) and the attention to detail on the landscaping, I have never lived in a nicer spot. There is always enough parking, even if it means walking a few extra steps. You are a 20 minute walk (or a 3 minute drive) from downtown Cedarburg, and about a 10 minute radius drive to anything else in Cedarburg/Grafton. Anytime I have had to put in a maintenance ticket or reach out to management they have always replied promptly and with a great attitude! Your neighbors will be courteous and everyone is really good about abiding by the quiet hours. I have slept so good the past couple years because of how peaceful the community is! I highly recommend Cedar Place to anyone that is looking for a short-term OR long-term living situation. I'm sad to be leaving but would absolutely return someday if I found myself back in the Cedarburg area. Big shout out to Michele and Tony who have been rock-stars the last couple years!!!
