12 Year Resident
We have lived here for 12 years - obviously we are happy! The location is absolutely perfect for us which is #1 reason why we've been here so long. The community is dog friendly which is very important to us. It is a very quiet community and the apartment set up is nice with buildings consisting of two 4-family units side by side. The maintenance staff has been superb since day 1. ALWAYS punctual in making repairs. The property is older which is its only drawback. Needed improvements come with a significant price tag. Neighbors for the most part have always been very quiet for us - we are in a lower unit and have had both quiet and noisy upstairs neighbors. NEVER any issues with next door neighbors due to the quality construction you do find in an older property. Unfortunately some residents are not courteous and respectful of the property. Some residents don't use the dumpsters and others don't pick up after their dogs. Property Management can only take action if they catch the disrespectful dog owners in the act. All in all would recommend this property to someone looking for a dog friendly quiet community!

Great maintenance work
Again super great work Garrett! I asked for maintenance on my toilet on a Friday and didn't expect to hear till Monday, but Garrett surprised me and did it that day! Thanks Garrett!
