I've lived at Rivers Cove in Germantown for almost 13 years. Ownership has changed hands since I first moved in but the quality of customer care and property management is superb. The property is older than others in the community but the construction quality is second to none. Both the property manager (Jack) and primary maintenance caretaker (Garret) are knowledgeable and pay close attention to the resident needs and solve any issues timely. Property is great location in Germantown with quick access to the highway. Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking in the area!
