Former Resident

Overvalued, always a but from staff

The complex as is advertised is far from reality. The structure is not maintained how it should be. Maintenance request are not resolved within a reasonable time, if they get resolved at all. The property manager favorite phrases are "We don't control that.." "Is beyond our control.." "We are unable to complete the request.." "I have to contact my Region Maintenance engineer to verify if it is possible to resolve your maintenance situation". On her end there is always a "but", and unable to follow up her own company "maintenance system" to verify if the issue was resolved or not. The only thing that they are quick to move is to charge you any fees of anything. If you value your money then this place is not for you.
