Read some helpful reviews of StorQuest Self Storage at 2600 Evergreen Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I had an excellent experience working with Valerie on my storage unit. They were professional, dependable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Not only did they show up on time, but they worked efficiently and handled everything with care. Their positive attitude made the whole process so much easier and completely stress-free. If you need help with a storage unit—or any moving or organizing tasks—I highly recommend Valerie . I’d definitely work with them again! ... Read more

Ever since StorQuest took ownership this place has gone down in everything but the price. Hours are limited and always a problem with pest. I went yesterday and was told the hours are until 9-6 which is the time a lot of people work. This will be the last month. With the rainy months water and moisture gets inside from the ground and constantly roaches no matter if ur boxes are sealed u will find a ton of them in your unit. ... Read more

Tina was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. I’m a first time storage user. She twice went with me to show me the unit in-person in the extreme heat. Tina always stayed friendly and professional the whole time. The process was simple and transparent. All the units are not air conditioned. They’re basically just converted shipping containers and outdoors. Let’s see how it is during the rain season. ... Read more

I was with storquest before they switched companies, Valerie was very helpful most of the time. I was moving out of the unit. I asked her if I can use the dumpster she said tenants don't use the dumpsters, the car parts I needed to load in my car I went and loaded myself. I was just wondering if I was able to use the dumpster. She said well your car is full already where are you taking all that stuff to the goodwill. I took that In a very disrespectful way. I have been having problems but I paid my bills I had to catch up on. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last three months. She knows that. Very rude. I don't expect people to have sympathy but I ain't tolerating nobody disrespecting me either. All of a sudden the company changes and they charged me hidden fees I didn't know about, Tripled the price for the unit. At first I liked the place but when I left, it's not ok for someone to be so disrespectful, that's all my belongings. It may not have been hers or meant something to her but that's my stuff, it means something to me. She should not have made that comment am I taking it to the goodwill. I don't recommend any body coming here no more. Lol ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StorQuest Self Storage - 2600 Evergreen Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 320 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by StorQuest Self Storage - 2600 Evergreen Avenue start from $34 and can go up to $233 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
