This is by far the most unprofessional storage place on the Central coast. Do not rent from them. They deposit checks before the date on the check. I'm someone who issues checks early so they arrive by the due date but on two occasions they deposited early and overdrew my account then made me pay in cash since the checks were declined. The front office lady who is elderly is snarky and rude more often than not. She will not allow you to speak to any upper management about issues. Also, you can't use your credit cards to pay.
