Only adding the feedback; Restroom is always locked with attendant nowhere to be found. Regardless of this being a secured gated complex. The app gives you your code but there isn’t clear instructions on the individual codes for the doors within the property (pic as reference) Gate opens via Bluetooth but also closes while you’re driving in immediately, forcing drivers to speed in. Can be a safety hazard. ... Read more

Was just going to go to compare prices but Melissa convinced me to get a unit here with her friendly demeanor. I had a lot of questions and Melissa had an answer for every single one. My main concern was cleanliness because I’ve been at other units and there were “little friends ”every time I went but just based on our little tour I could tell this place is cleaned daily. Really happy I booked the reservation with Melissa she really helped me with everything I needed in the best way possible!!!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 10400 Sunland Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 160 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 10400 Sunland Blvd start from $91 and can go up to $233 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
