Read some helpful reviews of Trunk Space Storage at 1717 Sanguinetti Lane, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Even though prices have jumped astronomically Marissa was able to help me get into something affordable. As long as Marissa is there at trunk space storage you will find something. She deserves five stars and a raise. ... Read more

Check your emails. They’re attempting to double my rate while offering new customers cheaper pricing than what I’ve paid for months. Meanwhile, they advertise a “sparkling clean, well-maintained facility.” That claim is flat-out false. I have an indoor unit, yet the building regularly smells like urine. There are times you can’t even walk the hallways because unhoused individuals are living inside the facility. Raising prices while allowing these conditions isn’t premium storage — it’s deceptive advertising. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting safety, cleanliness, or honesty. ... Marissa has made the transition from going from public storage to trunk space so easy and helpful, I was ready to move because it felt shady the way it was a new name from one day to the next but because of her patience and ability to explain in detail how the transition is going we will be staying for now. ... I've had a storage unit here for about the last 6 months and I've had no complaints. I love it that I can open the gate and the elevator with my phone. People are basically nice. But now the storage unit closes at 5 PM. And you cannot get in your unit. After that. I have a job. I have a normal job and I never ever get off work before 5 PM. So in order to get into my storage, I will have to call in sick or leave work early. there's something that I really need out of my storage pretty badly and I'm not able to get to it because I don't want to take a day off work just to go to my Storage room, it's ridiculous, 5 PM. You guys close at 5 PM ??? Let's get real public storage, I'm gonna be moving out of the storage unit next month because of this ... Read more

When the storage was new, everything looked promising. However, since then there are now many people living in the units, trash everywhere and numerous break-ins. Ours was broken in to and I will be following up with a police report. I don’t know if the local public storage management will do much about it as they don’t seem to fully look into all the other break- ins but I will check contacting administration and the better business bureau as well. All positive reviews are about employees and their service and move-in. I initially gave it a 5 stars when I moved in as Mariela did an excellent job and requested a 5-star review. However, the real customer service test comes is tested when situations like this one happens. I do hope management takes initiative and look at surveillance footage and contact me with information. I will keep google reviews posted with updates. ... Read more

The female attendant was under a lot of pressure with a full lobby and the scanner decided to have an “ink” issue! She did everything possible including calling for back up, resetting the machine, and being polite to all in the room. We were able to complete the rental!?? Great job! She’s a trooper!!???? ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Trunk Space Storage - 1717 Sanguinetti Lane include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
