*** RENTER'S BEWARE**** ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!!! I’ve been a renter at this Public Storage for over two years, always paid on time, never late, and this is how I was treated at the end. When I moved in, I started with a promotional rate $206.00, then in 4 months to $259.00, in 10 months to $334.00, including rental insurance. When I asked about the increase, I was told they couldn’t honor the internet rate anymore and that I could move out if I didn’t like it. Moving out a 10x20 unit is a huge inconvenience, so I stayed and kept paying every month, on time. Then, during my move-out on 10/4/2025, one of the elevators was down — right during one of the busiest weekends when most people are moving in and out. It was chaos, with people waiting for the only working elevator packed full of carts and boxes. Total inconvenience. To make it worse, I was told I had to pay for the entire month of October even though I moved out just a few days in. I had no idea they charge you for the full month no matter what day you leave. It makes zero sense, especially since most rentals start on the first and move-outs happen on weekends. Wish it was better explained to me. After being a loyal tenant for over two years, this felt completely unfair and disrespectful. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before renting here. 10/08/2025 UPDATE – RESOLVED I want to update my previous review regarding my move-out experience at this Public Storage. After raising my concerns, the property staff was very responsive and helpful. They courteously waived the remaining balance, so I only owed $40 on my final day — which I paid — and they apologized for the confusion. I also want to acknowledge that I was frustrated and may have expressed that strongly in my initial review. I personally apologized to the staff for my behavior. The storage facility is clean. Elevators are easily accessible. Plenty of parking behind a coded gate. The facility is open until 6pm so be mindful of that. Flat-bed carts are available for use- bring your driver's license to the front desk to check out a cart key. Keep in mind the individual facility itself does not implement the rate changes.
