Read some helpful reviews of iStorage at 4050 19th Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I needed some storage while reorganizing my studio and found this place nearby. I’ve never rented a storage unit before, so I felt a little nervous walking in, but Carmen was super friendly and showed me different options. Prices are reasonable, even with insurance. The place feels safe with lots of cameras around, and the units are cool and well ventilated. Overall, a good experience! ... Read more

I am a student and was looking somewhere to store my belongings. Great distance from school very easy payment process. From beginning to end the customer experience was amazing. I came in yesterday to grab my belongings and Troy was an outstanding help with making sure I closed my account properly and help with my locker. He made the process smooth and guided me through the steps necessary to complete my information. I can’t recommend this place and Troy was a great factor in enjoying and recommending this place to others. ... Read more

7/31/25 I was helped by Property Manager Troy yesterday when moving into our storage unit. He was immensely helpful when I mistakenly booked a storage unit that I could not use. He made the process for beginning a new lease on the proper unit very smooth. He also took the time to show us where it was and provided clear instructions on how to enter. Really appreciate the attentive care! ... Read more

I just went to this place to end my 2 months lease of the storage space. Both John and Nate made sure the entire process goes smoothly. I cleared the space and Nate just went there to check it out and made sure everything's fine before John gave me the final statement to end the lease officially. I think they did a very good job to ensure everything goes smoothly without any unnecessary hassles. I highly recommend for those who want to rent a storage temporarily in this neighborhood and for sure I won't hesitate to come back and lease the storage space if it's needed again in the future. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 4050 19th Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 180 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 4050 19th Avenue start from $68 and can go up to $1,090 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
