Ive been there for over a year already, and i can honestly say that this is the best storage facility ive ever been at. Good prices, clean, safe, and the manager there (Kim) and her assistant (Cathy), and the maintenance guy (Guillermo) are as good as it gets. This place is regularly fully occupied, so consider yourself lucky to find a vacancy, and take it ... Read more

Website is user friendly and straightforward, completed my rental online with the exception of acquiring the required locks for the unit which has to be completed in office. From the moment I stepped into the office, Kim was extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She has extensive experience in the storage industry and has an extremely clean, nice and safe facility. Her attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen and she even went above and beyond to make sure my access code for the gate was working, I’ve had other units at other storage units and have never had such an amazing experience. If you need storage, this location is the best. ... Read more

After looking around at different facilities, and pricing each one and weighing out the pros & the cons, I came across this friendly facility and can 100% say the reviews live up to their expectations. The facility is well maintained, and they even go the extra mile and decorated the facility for Christmas. The love and passion that is put into this facility made me more than happy to be a new tenant at this location. I have to say Kim is such a lovely and welcoming manager. During the finalization of my contract, Kim actually took the time to engage in open conversation and it goes to show that her customer service skills are beyond phenomenal. Very excited to rent a unit from this facility and would happily suggest anyone else give this facility a shot, you won't regret it. ... Read more

Storage units available at Mission Village Private Storage - 8131 Lindbergh Drive include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 100 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Mission Village Private Storage - 8131 Lindbergh Drive start from $143 and can go up to $439 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
