I was fortunate to be assisted by Constance. I had left my reading glasses at home, so she had to assist me probably more than the average customer. She was so pleasant and kind. I really appreciate the time she took to take me to the unit, got the lock, and locked the unit up. Top quality Customer Service. ... Read more

First off I want to say Constance is amazing she know every aspect about her job, she has answered every question I’ve ever had I’ve never come across a person with outstanding customer service as she has. I love how communicative and on top of things she is. I know it’s just a storage company but it’s always clean, neat quiet and the property is well taken care of. I meant to leave a review a few days ago but my brain has been scattered with a passing in the family. Over all this public storage is amazing and affordable I’ve had other storage places in the past and they were horrible so I will stick with public storage especially if Constance is there. I really want to express how amazing she is and she always has an amazing positive attitude everyone I talk with her and when I see her she always greets with a smile. She really deserves as many stars as in the sky. ... Read more

I unknowingly arrived shortly before closing time to do the initial intake. Constance was on her way out of the office and stopped what she was doing and very thoroughly and patiently went through the whole process with me. She was pleasant and very helpful. On subsequent visits she has continued her excellent customer service. The facilities are clean and everything that I've needed to work does. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 398 Carlson Blvd include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 398 Carlson Blvd start from $72 and can go up to $612 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
