Read some helpful reviews of Stor-All Storage at 136 Willow Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Juan and Gustavo I’ve been at storage pro in Redwood City for probably a little under five years. They’re always professional and always help me with everything to build billing information to politeness and always greeting me when we come in the gate. I really appreciate my storage that’s why you guys are getting five stars today. ... Read more

After 14 yrs, I've ended my relationship with Storage Pros (formerly Stor-All Storage. The last 12 yrs were great. Once the business was sold to Storage Pros, things started going downhill. The arbitrary rate increases are the primary reason for my dissatisfaction and departure. No improvements, just rate increases like clock work. Being a long term customer, I expressed my concerns with the new management many times, but it just fell on deaf ears. I had a personal relationship with the prior owners and many good years of storing my vintage vehicle. The facility was always fully rented with very little turn over. Once the business was sold, the entire dynamic changed. Bottom line, Storage Pros can run their business as they see fit, but I decided not to continue supporting their endeavor. I also noted that there a many unrented spaces now. This is likely testament to their business practices. If you rent here, you will be gouged with rent increases like clock work. No upgrades, no improvements. The only thing Storage Pros is concerned with is extracting as much money from you as possible. There is no interest in customer retention or a relationship. The quickest way to lose a customer who has been with you over a decade is to take advantage of them and treat them like they don't matter. That's why I left. Very disappointed. They turned a great thing into a very unpleasant experience. I didn't want to leave, but decided not to continue as a customer. With their declining occupancy, I believe that others feel the same way. ... Read more

Customer services was great. The man at the counter was very knowledgeable and quick to guide me through the process of renting storage a unit. Make sure to ask where your storage unit is located prior to completing the process, some units are on the second floor with no elevator. The space was adequate for storing a few items and air conditioning. ... Read more

I just cancel my unit, it got too expensive too quickly... yes I understand everything is, in less than 2 years my rent was 150% more, but the carts to move our stuff were the same since 2007 broken and hard to move around, the elevator never changed... oh yes, they painted the halls... Do your research before renting. ... Read more

I am relocating out of state due my job and although I’m very excited it can be overwhelming, Juan made the experience very easy and enjoyable even went above and beyond to take a look at our moving truck and made a couple suggestions about the size and how to best utilize the space. it worked out perfectly. ... Pretty mediocre storage facility. Interesting that I was sent a review request after receiving the second monthly rate increase in less that a year. The place is pretty run down and probably not particularly fire safe. I have not been to my storage unit in a while but the last time I was there it smelled like gasoline. Seems to be a popular facility with landscapers. New management seems more interested in making it a more profitable business without improving the condition of the facility. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 27 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Stor-All Storage - 136 Willow Street start from $59 and can go up to $611 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
