What customers are saying

Read some helpful reviews of Twin View Storage at 797 Twin View Blvd, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

All transactions, keys, and codes are done through a kiosk. When I got my key I got a code that did not open the door. The only way to contact them is through either the kiosk or searching for their customer service number which both put you in touch with a rude, uninformed call center in India (or similar) that care less than they understand, which isn't much. I was never able to access the facility with their "help", or by any other means. I cancelled and charged back the transaction because they refused to refund me. Bad, bad, bad. Please stay away. ... Called and reserved a unit. Showed up and no one is at the office. Called and got a call center. They had no idea what was going on. Said they didnt have the unit size we had reserved and none of our information. So there is no live person to speak to at all in person. Its all some call center. What a JOKE. ... Read more

My unit was broken into. They would not give me any information. I was kicked out of my online account because they changed the gate code and wouldn't tell me what it was. Then I tried to pay other ways and offered a credit card over email. They told me to refer to an email that had gone to spam because of their terrible grammar and spelling, that said they were auctioning my belongings. Good luck with my old mattress, but you people are sheer evil. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Twin View Storage - 797 Twin View Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Credit Cards Accepted. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Twin View Storage - 797 Twin View Blvd start from $72 and can go up to $166 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
