DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE. The facilities are aged, with holes in the roof, duct tape used to cover them, and gaps on the siding. The staff is extremely rude. Does not keep to their word. They ended the call today by saying “this really isn’t going anywhere” And then hung up. When I called back they declined the call twice. Don’t go here- it’s not worth the scam they are running with trying to get extra money out of people for a month. Plus- my stuff got wet….. insurance claim here we come. Avoid this place at all costs. ... Read more

My mom ended up having to get three storage units when she sold her house. Amber at N. Court Storage was great! She made it her mission to find units in close proximity to each other. She showed us around, and we are impressed with the security and excellent condition of the units. Sometimes you get businesses that forget that customers are human and need restrooms and water. Amber was friendly, helpful and treated us like humans. How refreshing! ... Read more

This place is great and secure. I've stored here for a few years and the owners are good people. They recently made some changes here and it took some adjusting but it's been great all around especially now that I can pay my bill online. They have a new manager here and she's really swell. The security guard they have is a nice feature too. Not many storage places have that. ... Read more

I am very unhappy right now, my wife and I have been renting for years. We just went to make a payment and we were informed that there is a fee of $100. The lady was kind of rude when talking to us, $100 late fee is outrageous and greedy. We have been great renters, but hard times have struck us recently, including my Grandpa passing away last week.....way to kick us while we're down.... Other than that we haven't had issues before now. Sorry for the rant...just feeling a bit overwhelmed.. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at North Court Storage - 1075 North Court Street include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
