Hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. The units are very clean and well maintained. They always seem to be available when I need something and always go above and beyond. Every time I speak with them or go in, they are so welcoming and helpful. ... Read more

Tanya is the absolute best, her customer service and kindness know no bounds. She has been helpful and understanding since the day I moved in. I would highly highly recommend anyone to use their facilities. Safe, secure, CLEAN, fair with real people who understand life and who are more than helpful. I’ve used their facilities for my personal storage for 3 years, never any issues. The staff is warm, kind and helpful, I cannot rate them high enough! ... Read more
Rawkoz - 7 December 2020
I would highly recommend no one rent a unit from this storage facility. We left our belongings here for a little over a year, only to have then completely ruined by mice. When it came time to move there was mice feces and urine saturated in most of our possessions. The insurance that the try to have you purchase is a scam they will make no effort to replace items lost. When I contacted management, they made sure to act like they cared while I was in the office, however once I left they made no effort to keep in contact. I will be posting pictures on google so everyone can see what they allow in their storage units. Also I should mention no food was left in the unit and after I had brought up the possibility of their being an infestation they did nothing besides act surprised and proceed to set mouse traps. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Eastside Road Self Storage - 2410 Progress Drive include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
