I love this Self Storage facility! This is my second time renting here and I have nothing negative to say about it. Keith helped me out today with getting me secure and finalized with my unit and I'm moving in! Have a great day everybody! ?? ... Read more

Great Customer service and very respectful. I would recommend you to have this as your main storage Edit: so it says that the office is open from 10 AM till 6 PM but I am here and the office is closed. Note that it is 5:16 PM right now. So does IStorage close sooner than what it is saying? Update: there was one lady here but it's one coworker. I would like there to be at least 2 coworkers because if someone is at break, the other one would be able to assist a customer. ... Read more

Erik & Keith were very helpful when my STUPID DEBIT CARD CREATED PROBLEMS. I am new to this area of town and it’s Saturday. Bank is CLOSED. Had to get cash, get cashiers cheque. Guys knew where to go and HOW to negotiate Madison. Yeehaw!!! Excellent Customer Service. I’d give them 10 STARS, if I could!!! ... Read more

I really like this place. I had a really good experience where the property manager Keith noticed the latch in my unit could be upgraded. Without me even asking, he took action and replaced the latch. He also took the time to let me know about all the upcoming safety improvements such as additional installation of motion activated security cameras with 24-hour monitoring. It made me feel more confident in leaving some of my stuff in there. ... Read more

I wish I could leave no stars. First I’ve been here for two years ( I don’t even know how I lasted that long) My things are ruined because of how dirty and nasty this place is. Not only is it dirty but MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO the unit across from mine was broken into Units had locks off the doors My unit had tons of boxes missing, Someone had enough time to break into my unit and REARRANGE MY ENTIRE UNIT AND TOOK OFF WITH MY STUFF when moving out I asked where the cameras are that they have signs posted about everywhere ( I will post pictures of that too ) AND THE STAFF MEMBER SAID THERE IS NOT A SINGLE CAMERA AT THE FACILITY ! ISNT that illegal?!? They literally PISSED all over my items inside the unit as well If you care about your things , literally do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY OR ANY FACILITY OWNED BY THIS COMPANY not only that they up the rent constantly I BEEN paying for people to break into my stuff and piss all over my items. Literally ... Read more

Da R. - 21 February 2025
They’ve been awful customer service since the old manager left. Rude, never respond to customer calls, they’ve been under construction for MONTHS and have only left a sign out saying otherwise. Hours are 6am-10pm and they’ve been opening at 9am and closing at 5. Corporate has done nothing about it. UPDATE: It’s 1:45 pm Sunday Oct.27. I am fully paid up on my rent and have no lien. Today I show up to move out days before my lease is up and my code is changed and there is a second lock on my unit. This is illegal, this is retaliation by the on site staff, they are holding my personal belongings hostage to show me who is boss. I will be filing a police report and already contacted corporate. Complete trash. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 3855 Madison Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 3855 Madison Avenue start from $37 and can go up to $142 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
