Claudia was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I already have a unit but was considering an upgrade, and she took the time to clearly explain the current promotions and helped me find an option that best fit my needs. She even took me to see the new unit in person, which made the decision so much easier. Great customer service and a genuinely friendly attitude — thank you, Claudia! ... Read more

The phone reservation process was quick and efficient, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to subpar customer service upon arrival. When we inquired about carts, staff merely pointed without providing verbal assistance. Additionally, no directions were offered on how to locate our designated space; I had to rely on an email and figure it out independently. When exiting, I was unaware of the existence of a second gate. Despite my car being visible from the office, no staff member came out to assist. Another tenant ultimately helped me navigate the situation. If in-person assistance is not going to be provided, it may be more effective to eliminate the on-site office altogether and handle customer service exclusively over the phone. Alternatively, consider hiring personnel committed to delivering a more helpful and customer-focused experience. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 1747 North Eastern Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 1747 North Eastern Avenue start from $145 and can go up to $502 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
