Read some helpful reviews of Ace Self Storage at 9672 Winter Gardens Blvd, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I got locked out of my unit and Sarah helped me out tremendously. She made sure that I was able to access my belongings right away. Thank you so much to Sarah and everyone else there that has helped me in the last few months. (And they have the most adorable pictures in the office and especially in the bathroom??) ... Read more

I was helping a friend load stuff into her storage yesterday evening, needed to be done by closing at 8pm. Waited till later in the day so it would be cooler. She was happy with this facility, good low rates, helpful and responsive staff etc. We loaded up the cart and pushed it onto the cargo elevator. Walking up the inside steps to the 2nd floor, another customer said “Welcome to the sauna”. As I stepped onto the second floor, it hit me. It must’ve been 100 degrees, with zero air movement. Pulling the loaded cart off the elevator and pushing it down the hall towards her unit, it was indeed a sauna. We worked as quickly as we could as this was quite unbearable. I know it’s not climate controlled and the rates are low, but it just seems like an oversight, starting with the building architect. No natural ventilation? Just a louvre at each end of the building and maybe some whirlybirds along the rooftop could make a huge difference. Then the city code planners that approved the building design also missed this? But then, the storage facility owner operators who have surely been in this group of buildings in the late afternoon in the summer months must have noticed this. Maybe nobody has complained? Ever? And while yes I am not a customer, my friend is, and it doesn’t seem right to subject my fellow man to such preventable discomfort. I would up my rating to 5 stars if this prompts a low cost big benefit improvement to this facility, but adding some natural ventilation! ... Read more

Everyone here offers the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced at a storage facility! And being in property management for almost 30 years, that says alot! The manager and employees are genuinely nice and friendly people and seem genuinely happy with their jobs. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. I never have to worry about my stuff. Never see random homeless people wandering around. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for storage. ... Read more

This is the best customer service I have received in a long time! When I originally rented, it was such a breeze. The property manager, Amanda, went over everything about the property and took her time to explain the lease. I loved that she also asked if I had any questions at the end. That just reassured me that I was storing my belongings at a facility that cares! When I called in frantic because I lost my keys, Amanda saved the day! She was able to cut my lock so I could gain access the same day! Way cheaper than a lock smith. Not only did she do amazing, but she was fast and professional! You can tell she loves her job and welcomes anyone who's stops in with the greatest smile and greeting! I received a 10 out of 10 customer service! Highly recommend storing at Ace! ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 100 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Ace Self Storage - 9672 Winter Gardens Blvd start from $15 and can go up to $39 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
