I have been there for about 2 years and do not recommend the Company. I have many complaints and between mass calling and texting on Sundays, Holidays and before 8am! Illegal in CA. The Regional Mgr still has not acted and during my in-person visit to the Corporate office in January 2025, they do not appear to care about relationships, retention, and good business practices. They actually lied and told me the accurate corporate office was "down the street" only to find it was a Public Storage location like any other. It took months for them to fix the mechanical door system to my unit and all the while I had no access to the unit. A few months ago I took up a contract with a competitor of theirs and am very happy. 1/3 of the price everyone! And professional service. No drama and no illegal calling me. ... Read more

We are in the process of moving to Gardena and as always it can feel daunting with all the stuff you have to move, but Cynthia made this whole process easy and effortless. Cynthia was absolutely amazing and extremely welcoming and helpful! She even got me a deal on the unit. She gave me the facts and let me decide with me feeling the freedom of making the decision I wanted. She did a great job of walking me through the options and what might fit me best. Overall I would highly recommend to store your stuff here now! ... Read more

Bad experience, don't use Public Storage. Bad customer service, charge extra. I paid to move in on January 1st, the place was closed, but they charged me anyway. I rented a truck on that day, had to paid two days because all of these, that cost me much extra money. The person in the place was rude. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 14107 Crenshaw Blvd include the following amenities: Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
