Pretty straight forward but I asked where the stairs are located as a safety precaution incase of fires that would prevent the use of elevator. Kept getting told stairs are not allowed for use by any means. Guess we'll just burn alive or get stuck in an elevator. ... Read more

Can you love a storage place?!? If you are a customer (but I feel more like a family friend) of Valley Rose Storage YOU ABSOLUTELY MOST CERTAINLY CAN! I was so lucky to find this place and especially blessed to have known Mary. Through her contagious zest for life (and all things Nahlens), I have connected with her staff and her spirit is still very strong here. She is definitely missed and there is no one like her. I've been a customer here for a few years and I highly recommend Valley Rose Storage. They provide great customer service and they really care about us (and our junk ??). If you are looking for a clean, secure and friendly facility, just go to Valley Rose Storage. And you'll probably add a few new friends to your life???? ... Read more

Great rates, clean units, and helpful staff! We stored our stuff there for 4 months last summer and we even received a partial discount because of the circumstances we were in. The units are very cool and relatively dust free and it is easy to access the units. The location is also great - just off of Valley Pkwy which makes repeated trips to and from the storage unit no problem at all. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Valley Rose Self Storage - 1566 East Valley Pkwy include the following amenities: Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Multi-Level Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
