I've lived at this property for almost 4 years and it seems every year the property and the service gets worse. Whenever we contact maintenance to come and fix issues that we cannot fix we are charged with a fee or told that we have to figure it out ourselves. We also just experienced an emergency flooding situation in our home and not only was it not treated as an emergency when we first called; it has taken weeks(its still not fixed) for this issue to be addressed. We do not have running water in the majority of our home and no-one seems to care. We have heard NOTHING from First Keys regarding our well being as the tenants. They outsourced the services to come and fix the house but it is taking forever. Meanwhile the cost of rent is steadily rising. I am very disappointed in the management company and the state of our home. I wish it were better.

I have been living at this property for almost a year and a half and I love it. I love the location of the house. We live in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and little to no trouble.
