I absolutely love living at Bartram! The amenities are so nice and the staff is super accommodating and helpful. Brandon, a member of the leasing staff, was very organized and helped me finalize my leasing contract and ensured everything went smoothly. The maintenance staff is also timely and responds quickly to requests.

We moved here from San Antonio, TX the end of July 2025. Everyone we dealt with in leasing were very helpful. Most of our interactions were with Brandon Rivera. Brandon is thoughtful and really answered all of our questions (which were many). The maintenance staff are also top notch. They are very courteous and professional. The Bartram amenities are beautiful. The only downside is the noise from Archer Rd. We are now facing the back with a great view of the pond and is very quiet. I highly recommend The Bartram.
