Overall Pretty Happy
Very nice amenities, decently maintained apartments. Parking usually pretty full, not the easiest place to have visitors, generally older (grad school) residents so noise is lower than undergrad housing. Close to UF vet school and Shand's. Not super walkable but easy drive to downtown and Archer Rd.
