too expensive

Ive lived here for just over 2 yrs. The rent increases are too much. The grounds aren't maintained very well. There is a problem with hard water deposits and the faucets are always clogged up. For what we pay, they are kinda not worth it.

could be better

since the change in property managers, things seem to have gone downhill a little bit. its very difficult to get someone on the phone. i leave a message and no one calls back. i have had several requests for some things to get fixed and they still arent done. the guy comes in and fixes one thing but not the rest of it. there was also a significant rent increase which seems weird to me since there are no upgrades to the units.

Overall Great Place To Live

My family and I have really enjoyed living here for the past few years. It's quiet and the neighbors are pretty friendly & most of them look out for for another. It's a perfect location, close to many stores & restaurants. The office manager is amazing and he truly cares about the residents. Work orders are completed in a timely matter. The only half negative thing I would say there is, and it's nothing too bad is that I wish there were more amenities like a fenced area for a dog park or a little playground for the kids. The dog park wouldn't have to be large. A small, fenced-in area where dogs can run off their leash and let some energy out, would be suffice. It would be perfect for residents that has a high-energy dog/puppy and are cooped up in the apartment most of the day alone while their owners are at work, or for people that are just unable to take their dog for long, daily walks. It would benefit both the residents and CMC. The residents could let their dog run and tire themselves out, which could lead to less damages to the Apt (i.e. chewing, tearing up carpet, etc). ??Well-Exercised Dogs = Happy Dogs/Owners & A Cleaner Apt with Greater Chances of No Damages??

Very Nice

Very close to campus and the space is very nice. Having two stories is very nice and I enjoy living here. Keep in mind the walls between the rooms are very thin so you can clearly hear neighbors talking if they are somewhat loud.
