Management

The Property management is extremely helpful and promptly addressed all my concerns. The best part is that the maintenance person stays in the complex and available 24/7 for urgent needs. Lots of greenery, sufficient parking spaces and quiet neighborhood makes the place outstanding.

I love it here Mack and Tammy are excellent and take very go

Best place to live in the world. So glad I live here it’s quiet, spacious. Mack and Tammy are always very prompt in addressing any maintenance concerns I have. The staff here is pleasant and cooperative and extremely helpful. I have never had any issues that haven’t been dealt with right away. I highly recommend this place to live, it’s right in the middle of Gainesville right in the middle of everything I need to be close to . I am and I’m surrounded by very good people.

Maintenance

We have been so happy since finding our spot since moving to Gainesville. The staff is what makes this place amazing! We had a air issue and really who is not in this heat! Maintenance was at our apartment at 10pm to give us some relief and then on Sunday when the issues still needed some work he worked in this heat making us cool again and was so so incredibly nice! This place is amazing!
